This is a Bacon Omelet (2 different cheese} Grilled Cheese sandwich. This has 2 thick pieces of smoked bacon, a 2 egg omelet (cheese and yellow and orange sweet bell peppers), Havarti cheese, Cheddar cheese, and 2 slices of fresh tomato to lighten it up a bit.
