These baguettes are sold in a pack of 2. Made fresh the day of delivery. Never frozen. They have the traditional crust of any French loaf of bread. However the inside is soft with a nice chewy feel. This bread is great for any cold or hot sub, Caprese, Italian cold meat, meatball sub, or French dip. It would also work great in a nice French Onion Soup.
